The sled is designed to accelerate to and match the position of the transporter as quickly and efficiently as possible. The no frills sled is designed to minimize weight while also being able to carry a full cargo bay load of containers to the transporter and transfer those containers autonomously. While simultaneously loading the transporter, containers may be offloaded from the transporter to the sled. This operation takes only fractions of a second while never subjecting a container to more than 1g of load. Lower g transfers can be accommodated oupon request.
