Overview
The electrically powered, 13.5' long , 29" diameter transporter can be made in many lengths with larger or smaller cargo bays. The 56" x 18.5" x 28.8" cargo bay (shown) is designed to hold 98% of Amazon box sizes when placed into one of BEAM's standardize containers.
Modular design
The transporter has a modular design so that it can be quickly reconfigured, serviced and repaired.

While the transporter is traveling at speed, the sled accelerates and matches speed and position with the transporter, aligning the automated cargo transfer systems. At this point cargo may be onloaded or offloaded without ever stopping or decelerating the transporter.
Standardized BEAM containers come in many sizes and is specifically designed to enable automated handling at the transporter, sled and kiosk.
